H&M Mul-T-Lock pick tool has a dimple pick that will slide to the exact positions of each pin inside the lock. The tension handle can be mounted for left or right handed use.

It even comes with a check plate – the thing with the hole in it in the photo. You slide the pick end into it and check the dimple pick position – an Alan key lets you change the position.

This really is an all round quality tool. Even the case is nice.
