The BONOMI EXMEN500S is a 2-way, NSF-approved Rubber-Lined Wafer-style Butterfly Valve with SS Disc with EPDM seats and Ex-Proof Electric Actuator. It is suitable for applications such as Potable Water, HVAC, and Air.

The valve features easy maintenance, precise calibration with simple SPAN and ZERO adjustments, split range 4-12mA or 13-20mA, 1/2 split range, rugged aluminum housing with corrosion-resistant coating, vibration resistant design, stainless steel gauges, and a restricted pilot valve orifice kit for small actuators. It is certified for ATEX Eex md IIB T5 (05 ATEX 1076X) by NEMKO, EMC (K1046/E04) in conformance with EN 61000-6-2:2001 and EN 61000-4:2001 by RWTUV, and Ex md IIB T6 (99-1075-Q1), Ex md IIC T6 (2000-1057-Q1), and Ex ia IIB T6 (2000-1056-Q1) by KOSHA.

The actuator features NEMA 4x, 7, 8 &+ Add to site 9 (CSA Approved) enclosure, IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection, temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater, self-locking gear system, ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*), 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, and built-in thermal overload protection.
