A symphony of artisanal texture and color

The Seiko Presage collection combines the venerable maker's traditional Japanese aesthetic sense with time-honored craftsmanship and mechanical watchmaking skills in an original collection that offers beauty, quality and long-lasting performance. This new Presage reference gets its color inspiration from "araigaki" (or “washed persimmon”), with its domed dial further evoking the color and texture of the silk used in traditional Japanese kimono robes. 

The 40.2mm stainless steel case is constructed with soft, curved surfaces, and the dual-curved sapphire crystal echoes the contours of the dome-shaped dial, adding further depth to the overall design. The case is fitted with a newly developed multi-row bracelet with design inspiration from the 1970s provides a delicate and comfortable feeling on the wrist. The bracelet’s links have an ergonomic shape, with a curved top surface and a reduction of contact points around the wrist for a comfortable fit and enhanced aesthetics. The short length of each link enhances the bracelet’s comfort.
