The Cushion Ease Solid™ ESD Tile is an interlocking rubber tile, for dry heavy-duty environments. The 19mm thick tiles offer maximum comfort to the user and the pebble pattern surface is anti-slip. The Cushion Ease Solid™ ESD is made from static dissipative natural rubber and the Cushion Ease Solid™ ESD Nitrile is made from a static dissipative and fire retardant nitrile rubber compound.

The Cushion Ease Solid™ ESD is resistant to most industrial chemicals and is designed for assembly lines, picking lines, packing and logistics warehouses, or individual workstations. The 91cm x 91cm tiles are easy to click together and can be joined to create a shape suitable for your needs.

The additional safety ramps allow easy access for wheeled carts onto the mat. Make sure to add the MD Ramps separately.

Static dissipative 100% nitrile rubber. Meets IEC61340-4-1. Fire classification Bfl-S1 tested according to EN 13501-1. Resistant to most industrial oils and suitable for welding areas. Widely used in garages and welding areas.

Cleaning tip:

Sweep regularly or dry mop the surface and the back of the mat. The surface can be damp-mopped with a mild soap/detergent.
