Charbay Double Aged Rum is made using sugar cane syrup from Maui. It is distilled twice through an Alambic pot still. Then, it ages for five years in stainless steel followed by three years in French oak barrels.
At 137 proof, it is a powerhouse of flavors. Toasty, smoky, brown spices and vanilla with heat that is clean and tingly through the finish.
