The BONOMI EXME8301 is a 2-way, carbon steel lug-style high performance butterfly valve with an Ex-Proof electric actuator. It is suitable for hot water, steam, oil, and gases, and is available in sizes 2' to 12'.

The valve features a carbon steel ANSI 300 lug style, ISO 5211 direct mounting pad/square stem, replaceable seat design, multiple V-ring stem packing, reliable and consistent torque, R.P.T.F.E. seats, and metal seats upon request. It has a temperature range of -20°F to 475°F and a working pressure of 150 WSP.

The actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved), with an enclosure that conforms to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater, self-locking gear system, and is available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*). It also features 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, and built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout. It also has 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
