EMERGENCY TRANSPORT: Shelter Pets at Risk Due to Devastating Wildfires

Fast-moving wildfires continue to expand across southeast Georgia, forcing evacuations and putting both people and animals in danger. Shelters in affected areas are battling severe smoke and bracing for more impact from evacuations and displaced pets as the fires continue burning.

That’s why our partner, Greater Good Charities, is coordinating an emergency transport flight to evacuate over 50 pets from Glynn County, Georgia as the fires blaze and evacuations continue. Their field operations team is mobilizing immediately to prepare crates and essential supplies for transport.
