The 2023 ‘Les Gollardes’ from Domaine de Chassorney is a graceful and aromatic Pinot Noir from one of the most charming lieux-dits in Savigny-lès-Beaune. Farmed organically and made with minimal intervention by Frédéric Cossard, the wine captures the signature finesse of the appellation.
