Some units don't just serve — they define an era of American resolve. The 11th Field Artillery Regiment, first formed in 1916, answered the call in the jungles of Vietnam with four battalions that supported some of the most storied divisions in U.S. Army history: the 9th Infantry, the 101st Airborne, the 11th Infantry Brigade, and the 25th Infantry Division.
This tee carries that legacy. Wear it as a tribute to the artillerymen who fired 155mm rounds through the heat and humidity of Southeast Asia — and to the men who never came home, including Battery A's own Robert Kalsu, one of only two NFL players killed in Vietnam.
The 2nd Battalion, 11th Field Artillery arrived in Vietnam on December 13, 1966, initially based at Dau Tieng and assigned to II Field Forces. Over the course of the war, the regiment's battalions provided critical fire support across multiple combat theaters — a testament to the Field Artillery Branch's enduring motto: "King of Battle."
This is more than a t-shirt. It's a conversation starter, a piece of living history, and a quiet salute to those who served.
