This is an original Swedish movie poster from 1929 for the World War I aviation classic Wings starring Clara Bow, Charles 'Buddy' Rogers, Gary Cooper, Richard Arlen, Arlette Marchal and Jobyna Ralston. William A. Wellman directed the 1927 silent film that won the first Academy Award for Best Picture.

The stolpe poster is from the initial Swedish theatrical release of the film in 1929 and measures 13.25" x 27.5". It has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display and is in very good condition. The poster was folded a number of times at the time of printing. It has been stored flat for many years and will be rolled for shipping in a rigid tube mailer. There is a small piece of tape with the name of the movie on the back of the poster near the the top. It very slightly bleeds through to the front.
