The BONOMI SERIES 68F000 2-WAY CARBON STEEL ANSI CLASS 150 FIRE SAFE DESIGN FLANGED SPLIT BODY BALL VALVE AND VALBIA PNEUMATIC ACTUATOR is a unique assembly that combines a 2-Way, ANSI 150 Carbon Steel API 608 Split-Body Style Flanged Ball Valve and Actuator. It is designed for use in vacuum, water, gas, and oil applications.

The valve features a Carbon Steel ANSI 150 Split Body Flanged API 608 Ball Valve with a full port, sizes 1/2” to 6”, a temperature range of -4°F to 366°F, a blow out proof stem, a locking handle, and a fire safe design. It also has R.T.F.E. seats, packing and thrust washer, an antistatic device, and is designed to meet API 608, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME 16.5, and ASME B1.1 standards.

The actuator is made of hard anodized extruded aluminum body, concentric spring sets, die cast aluminum end caps, solid steel barstock pinion, 0°-90° rotation adjustment cam, 0°-90° rotation adjustment bolts, POM piston guides, and has a minimum air pressure rating of 80 psi and a maximum air pressure rating of 116 psi. It also has a working temperature of -4°F - 302°F and requires no lubrication maintenance for its entire lifetime.
