The BONOMI EXME530S SERIES 530S EPOXY COATED CAST IRON BODY ST. ST. DISC VITON SEATS WAFER STYLE BUTTERFLY VALVE AND VALBIA CSA APPROVED EXPLOSION PROOF ELECTRIC ACTUATOR is a 2-way, rubber lined wafer-style butterfly valve with stainless steel disc and Viton seats. It is suitable for HVAC, water, and air applications.

The valve features an ISO 5211 direct mount/square stem, epoxy coated ductile iron wafer body with stainless steel disc, VITON seats (10°F TO 300°F), API609 face to face flange, floating dual shaft disc design, MSS SP 67 compliant, no pins in disc to prevent potential leak points, and NSF/ANSI 61, 372 approved.

The electric actuator is NEMA 4x, 7, 8 & 9 (CSA Approved), with enclosure conforming to IP68 with explosion-protected performance and 1/2” FNPT conduit connection. It has a temperature range of 22°F to 158°F, clutch-less manual override, thermostatically controlled anti-condensation heater for working conditions, self-locking gear system, available in both ON/OFF (00*) or 4~20 mA MODULATING (02*), 30% Duty Cycle (ON/OFF) and 75% Duty Cycle (MODULATING), ISO 5211 Mounting Bolt Pattern and DIN 3337 Double Square Drive, ± 5° Mechanical stop on 0° and 90°, continuous mechanical position indicator, built-in thermal overload protection to prevent motor burnout, and 2 auxiliary SPDT switches.
