Małgorzata Gurowska – artystka wizualna, autorka książek, wykładowczyni i kuratorka. W swoich pracach skupia się na kwestiach politycznych i społecznych krytycznie opisując relacje ludzi i nie-ludzi. Tworzy z myślą o uwzględnianiu perspektywy innych gatunków, zwłaszcza tych eksploatowanych i dyskryminowanych przez człowieka. Sztuka jest dla niej narzędziem interwencji i sprzeciwu. Absolwentka Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie, gdzie obecnie jest profesorką na Wydziale Rzeźby. 

Agata Szydłowska – kuratorka, badaczka, autorka książek. Absolwentka historii sztuki na UW, Szkoły Nauk Społecznych przy IFiS PAN, doktorka etnologii. Kierowniczka Katedry Historii i Teorii Designu na Wydziale Wzornictwa ASP w Warszawie. Interesuje się społecznymi i politycznymi kontekstami dizajnu. Poprzez działania kuratorskie i refleksję humanistyczną bada projektowanie poza antropocentryzmem.

The serigraph "Za Wolność Waszą i Naszą (For Your Freedom and Ours)" is a collaborative work by Agata Szydłowska and Małgorzata Gurowska on behalf of ZOE Polis, a community of humans and non-humans. – Where plants, animals, and fungi have civic rights and participate in the design of their material surroundings. It is also a project dedicated to weaving and discovering a shared space for humans and non-humans – the authors clarify.

Małgorzata Gurowska is a visual artist, author, lecturer, and curator. Her work focuses on political and social issues, critically examining the relationships between humans and non-humans. She creates with the aim of incorporating the perspectives of other species, especially those exploited and discriminated against by humans. Art is a tool of intervention and resistance for her. She is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, where she is currently a professor in the Sculpture Department.  

Agata Szydłowska is a curator, researcher, and author.  She holds a degree in art history from the University of Warsaw and the School of Social Sciences at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and a PhD in ethnology.  She heads the Department of History and Theory of Design at the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She is interested in the social and political contexts of design. Through curatorial activities and humanistic reflection, she explores design beyond anthropocentrism.
