Monarch Curable Reducer is a 100% solids plastisol reducer that can be added to any plastisol product to reduce the viscosity of the ink. Curable reducer is fully curable by itself. We recommend a starting point of mixing in 2% - 5% (by weight) to the ink you need to thin out. Depending on the ink, you may add up to 10% before affecting the inks opacity; however, it is always recommended that you do a test print to check opacity after any clear ink is added. Taut screens (25 newtons or higher) are strongly recommended. If using lower tension screens adjust off contact accordingly. Recommend a 70 durometer sharp squeegee for best deposit.
