How to use surplus money

The organizers will not receive even a single yen of the donated funds, and all of them will be used for the birthday event of NouerA Hyun Jun and his fans. Any surplus that is not used (up to 49,999 yen) will be carried over to the next project.

If the support funds do not reach the target amount
