Cascara Sagrada uses aged Cascara bark, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a stimulant laxative to relieve constipation and support regularity. Vegan-friendly capsules with a simple, no-filler formula.

Adults: Take 1–2 capsules in the evening with plenty of water, or as professionally prescribed.

Cautions: Not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding. Take two hours away from prescription medications.
