SCUBA mode provides full control of dive profiles with the Bühlmann ZHL-16C algorithm for 1 or 2 gas mixes (air, Nitrox, and mixes with O2 up to 99%). The device logs up to 40 hours of scuba data with records every 5 minutes and includes safety alarms for MOD, deco stops, ascent rate, NoFly time and desaturation calculations, plus an altitude warning and an NDL-only Dive Planner for practical planning.

GAUGE mode offers a straightforward depth gauge and stopwatch for independent dive tracking, while FREEDIVING mode reports dive and surface time alongside current and maximum depth. The logbook memory supports 18 hours of freediving activity with records every 2 minutes, ensuring practical performance data for training and exploration.

For data management, Dive Manager software is available for Mac and PC (Windows 10 system requirements) free of charge at Seacsub.com, with data downloadable via USB cable as an optional accessory. The Seac ACTION family is available in two configurations: ACTION with stainless steel crown, buttons, and buckle, or ACTION HR with corrosion-resistant HR treatment.
