Lively aromas of lemongrass and snow pea jump out of the glass, supported by a tropical mix of guava, passionfruit and a hint of flintiness.

The palate leads with an incredibly bright and clean acid line, before moving into tropical and citrus fruit.  Some textural barrel ferment characters interplay with mouth watering acidity bringing delicious line and length.
