These TWN open-shelled twin pillow blocks span twice the length of a linear shaft compared to the Single Roller (SPB) variant and feature two sets of three opposing cam roller bearings in an extended housing, effectively combining two SPBs into one, while DPB pillow blocks place both roller sets side-by-side within a single SPB-sized profile.
