I painted each brush stroke - along with every dot and star - by hand using traditional batik methods utilizing hot beeswax and layered dye baths.  Each individual brushstroke follows the movement of an invisible current flowing around the skirt, creating a dreamy sense of motion and light.

The flattering twist-front neckline creates an easy feminine shape while the lightweight cotton knit drapes beautifully and feels comfortable for everyday wear, festivals, travel, or dressing up with jewelry and boots.

Each dress is individually hand dyed and painted by myself, Victoria, home based on the Oregon Coast, USA.
