The perfect high waist a-line black midi skirt. Made by the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union (ILGWU) for Country Suburbans in the 1980s, sold by Bullock's Department Store. Part of the Bullock's tag is still affixed on the back. Side zip, belt loops. In excellent condition; the only thing to note are some faint indentations on the waist, possibly by a hanger (see photos 3 & 4). Marked size 12; the below approximate flat lay measurements indicate that this would best fit a Small. Please compare the measurements to your own to ensure proper fit.
