Marked a 44 regular and that seems right but do go by detailed measurements below for best fit. Jacket measures 18" across the shoulders, 46" through the chest, 38" at the waist and length is 38" to center back and 22 to center front. Sleeves are 25" long from shoulder seam to cuff and 34" long from center of back of neck to cuffs. Jacket has open front with ornamental buttons; cutaway style, back vent, breast and inside pockets, and medium width lapel with satin trim. Vest is backless and will adjust to fit from 36 to 46 at the waist. Length is 25; it can be adjusted slightly as well with buttons at nape of neck. Fabric is polyester. Label reads "After Six". Excellent condition with no holes or stains. True color is sky blue.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email!
