Description - Bright and bold floral terry cloth dress from the 60s. It opens up on both of the shoulders with a large button. It curves up on the sides. This is most likely a swim coverup or beach dress but could work as a summer dress. I love to wear dresses like this for outdoor festivals when it's hot.
