Description - Adorable late 70s or early 80s red short puff sleeve smocked dress with white rick rack trim. The smocking design is white daisies. It buttons up the back and has an attached tie belt.

Size - It's not labeled but it fit the model like a modern size 5. Make sure to check all measurements though to insure fit

Condition - There is a faint mark on the bottom of the skirt that looks like a pen mark.
