Marked a size 24 which is a large size. It perches atop the head and is held on my putting the wide band under your hair in back so it will fit most anyone. Hat measures 13” in diameter, brim is 4” wide and height of crown is 2”. Fabric is wool felt with grosgrain ribbon band and faux flowers in velvet. Label reads “Sheila the perfect hat Chicago”. Good condition with wear to the ribbon hatband around the front as you can see in the photos and the elastic needs to be replaced in the band that holds the hat on. Both can be fixed. True colors are black with dark red flowers.

**A note on measurements: I like to give measurements on items rather than a numerical size as I find this to be a much more precise way of determining size. If the garment I have measures the same as a garment you have, you can be assured of a good fit. If you have any questions about how I did the measuring just email! PS don't forget YOU must measure at least 1-2 inches smaller than the garment does for comfort! :)
