Will this radiator drop in, or do I need new hoses and clamps?

This is a direct replacement with matching inlet and outlet ports. Your existing upper and lower hoses will fit. You can reuse clamps if they're still in good condition; if they're brittle or corroded, grab fresh ones while you're in there—cheap insurance.

Do I need to flush the cooling system before installing this?

Yes. Drain the old coolant completely, rinse the block and lines if you can, then refill with fresh coolant and distilled water mix. Old coolant sitting in there will degrade your new radiator faster.

What's the return process if it arrives damaged?

Document the damage with photos on arrival and contact support within 48 hours. Radiators ship bubble-wrapped, but if yours took a hit in transit, we'll handle the replacement—don't install a compromised unit.
