These SugarPop shoes are older stock and the lining may deteriorate over time (not all pairs are affected).
They’ve been reduced for a final time to allow for possible DIY repairs.

💡 DIY Lining Repair Guide

1. Clean & Prep:
Remove insoles if possible. Clean gently with isopropyl alcohol or mild leather cleaner, let dry, trim any loose flakes and lightly sand.

2. Re-adhere Small Peels:
Use a flexible contact adhesive (Barge Cement, Shoe Goo, E6000). Apply thinly to both surfaces, wait 5–10 mins, press and clamp. Wipe away excess.

3. Replace Larger Areas:
If lining has crumbled, remove it and cut a replacement (thin leather, suede, or microfiber). Glue in smoothly, trim edges when dry.

4. Add Comfort Liners:
Use adhesive heel grips or full-length liners to cover repairs, reduce friction, and add comfort.

If you are a fan and wearer of our Hot Chocolate Design flats and heels, we recommend the following:

• If your Chocolaticas are a loose or roomy fit, choose the SAME AU size as the number printed on the sole of your Chocs:

• 34 = AU4
• 35 = AU5
• 36 = AU6
• 37 = AU7
• 38 = AU8
• 39 = AU9
• 40 = AU10
• 41 = AU11
• 42 = AU12
• 43 = AU13

• If your Chocs are a spot on or snug fit, choose the AU size UP from the above.

If you're new to our brands, choose the size you most often purchase in AU sizing. They are a roomy fit to AU whole sizes and have enough give to be suited to a wider foot, without gaping on medium or even slightly narrow feet. In other words, we got ya covered!
