Y2K silk scarf / kerchief style halter top, the print looks like it’s inspired by a 1940’s style print. How cute?! Bottom half of the shirt is semi-sheer. Halter top tie neckline, two button-loop closures in back. A little too small for the mannequin in photos (won’t button up all the way). Moda International used to be sold in the Victoria secret catalog in the 1990s – Y2K. In great condition! No flaws to note.
