TASTING NOTESExpect lifted aromas of yellow fruits, honeydew and poached pear on the nose and a delightful bouquet leads into a softly balanced palate of talc and pomme fruit, with an oily and aromatic long finish that is both generous and well-rounded. This wine will develop beautifully with age for up to 15 years.

WINEMAKING NOTES
The fruit was hand-picked from our premium #7 plot of rare, old chenin blanc vines and was matured on fine lees before being bottled in July. The depth and generosity from the characters of the old vines is evident in every sip of this stunning wine.
