Poetry for Neanderthals is a card game from the makers of Exploding Kittens. It's a party game for the whole family where players earn points by having their teammates guess words and phrases. However, players may only use words with one syllable. If they use words with more than one syllable, the other team gets to hit them with an inflatable bat. The team with the most points wins!

The game contains 200 cards, one hourglass, two game boards, Grok's poetry cards, and one inflatable bat. And of course, with hilarious illustrations by Matthew Inman of The Oatmeal.
