These pretty clips can both be warn as shoe clips or dress clips, they feature a stippled metal design of scrolling ribbons that put together make a sort of badge shape. They're decorated with a single three petal flower embellished with rhinestones, and two yellow faux pearls sit delicately at the bottom of each clip. The backs are designs with intricate embossed designs of flowers and stripes.

Clips were likely made post WWI, which puts them as made from 1918 - the 1930s.

In good vintage shape, they're some metal rub that shows the original color of the metal, which is brass. The rhinestones however are still brilliant, and the faux pearls glaze is intact.
