Park Pineau is a blend of juice from grapes grown in the Cognac region and the cognac brandy itself. After blending the juice and brandy, it rests in stainless steel vats for 6 months, then is racked to be aged between 2 and 4 years including at least 12 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels. Particularly delicate and floral, its fresh and juicy character is reinforced by the vigor of the young eau-de-vie. Bottled at 17% abv. Serve chilled or use in cocktails as you would vermouth.
